Exchange or Return for a Refund
Products can be returned within 14 days after they have been received.
A new product may be exchanged for another product or returned for a refund.
The customer is responsible for the shipping cost, unless the product is damaged from shipping, defective, or not what the customer ordered. In these cases, we will cover the return shipping cost. If the return is due to a change of mind or other reasons initiated by the customer, the customer will be responsible for the shipping charge, which will vary depending on the carrier selected.
We have warehouses in the Middle East. Returns will be routed to the closest warehouse based on your location to ensure the most efficient processing.
EXCEPTION: We do not accept personalized product returns unless there is a defect.
Damaged Items
If you receive a damaged product, please notify us immediately for assistance.
Return Rules
The product must be returned in its original packaging.
The product must not be used or damaged by the customer.
To return products, please submit an item change request to customer service. You can contact us at littlefishbaby35@gmail.com.
Most returns are processed within 5 business days after we receive your package.
COD POLICY:
1️⃣ Hygiene & Safety Policy (MOST IMPORTANT)
Due to hygiene and infant safety reasons, baby feeding products are subject to strict return conditions.
The following items are NOT eligible for return or refund once opened, unless defective or incorrectly shipped:
·Baby bottles
·Nipples/teats
·Straws, valves, sealing rings
·Any item in direct contact with baby’s mouth or food
·Opened includes (non-exhaustive):
Broken hygiene seal
·Opened inner pouch
Washed, boiled, sterilized
·Any sign of use, odor, milk/water residue, deformation, bite marks
2️⃣ COD Refusal / Failed Delivery Policy (Key Loss-Control Clause)
For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders:
❌ Order Refusal at Door
If a COD order is refused upon delivery for reasons including but not limited to:
·Change of mind
·Price concerns
·No longer needed
·Baby does not accept
Absence / unreachable / incorrect address
➡️ The order will NOT be eligible for a refund, and
➡️ The customer is responsible for round-trip shipping, COD handling, and local carrier fees.
These costs may be:
Deducted from any future refund (if applicable), or Recorded under the customer account to prevent abuse
❌ Failed COD Delivery (Unreachable / No Pickup)
If a COD order fails due to:
Multiple unsuccessful delivery attempts
Customer unavailable
The customer does not respond to the carrier.
Incorrect or incomplete address
➡️ The order is considered abandoned
➡️ No refund will be issued
3️⃣ Eligible Returns (Non-COD or Accepted COD Orders Only)
A return request may be accepted within 14 days of delivery ONLY IF ALL conditions are met:
·The item is unused
·All hygiene seals intact
·Original packaging, accessories, manuals, and gifts included.
·Approved by our support team with a Return Authorization (RMA)
📦 Return shipping cost:
·Customer preference/change of mind → customer pays
·Verified defect/wrong item → we cover or reimburse
4️⃣ Defective / Incorrect / Damaged Items
Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:
·Order number
·Photos of product + outer box + shipping label
Unboxing video (strongly recommended)
·Resolution priority (to minimize delays):
·Replacement parts (preferred)
·Replacement of the same item
·Refund (only if replacement is unavailable)
·We reserve the right to request:
·Return of defective item for inspection, or
Destruction proof video before replacement/refund
5️⃣ COD Fees & Non-Refundable Charges (CRITICAL)
For all COD orders, the following costs are NON-REFUNDABLE, even if a return is approved:
·Original shipping fee
·COD handling & collection fee
Local courier service fees
· Customs clearance or last-mile charges (if applicable)
6️⃣ Inspection & Partial Refunds
All returned items are inspected.
If returned items:
·Show signs of use
· Are there missing parts, packaging, or gifts
·Have broken hygiene seals
➡️ We reserve the right to:
Reject the return, or Issue a partial refund only
7️⃣ Abuse Prevention
To protect against misuse of COD and hygiene products:
·Repeated COD refusals may result in COD privilege removal
·High-risk accounts may be restricted to prepaid orders only
8️⃣ Legal & Regional Compliance Statement
This policy is designed to comply with applicable consumer protection laws in Middle East jurisdictions.
Statutory withdrawal rights apply only to unused, sealed products.
Health and hygiene items that cannot be resold are legally exempt from unconditional returns.
The Return Process
Please email us a picture showing the product's problem or defect when you submit the return or exchange request.
After you receive confirmation from our customer service, please send the product along with the product list, which includes the product ID. Please be sure to provide us with the shipping tracking number for the return. We will process your product exchange or refund after we receive your package.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card, original payment method, or Littlefishbaby account within 7-15 business days, whichever account you specify.
If you haven't received your refund within that time frame, please contact your bank account or credit card company to verify whether they are processing the request.
If you have not received your refund within 15 business days, and your bank or credit card company does not see the refund, please contact us at littlefishbaby35@gmail.com.
Order Cancellation
We offer a full refund if the order is cancelled within 12 hours of your purchase.
You can submit an order cancellation request to our customer service via littlefishbaby35@gmail.com if you decide to cancel your order.
We will not accept a cancellation request after the order has been shipped.
